19th CENTURY INDO-PERSIAN WRITING BOX SOLD

Beautiful box forming writing case in sandalwood and bone of Indo-Persian origin late 19th century. It is fully carved on all four sides and the cover. Fine and quality sculptures. The lid is surrounded by a micro-marquetry typical of this type of boxes and in very good condition.
